Intro to Pole
We suggest that all new students who have not done pole before, begin with a few of these classes. We focus on building up strength using floor work & basic pole moves which will assist in strengthening your arms; core and legs. This is not compulsory, although it will greatly assist in preparing you for the beginner curriculum.
Beginner Pole Fitness
In our beginner level, you will start learning more advanced moves, such as climbs, spins and inverted moves (going upside down); hangs; headstands, etc. We encompass 2 separate levels (beginner 1 & 2) to ensure that your muscles are prepared for the new moves. We work on an international curriculum to ensure you are always up to date with international standards.
Intermediate and Advanced pole
During this level, you will start stepping up your skills; flow and combination moves. Handsprings; 1 hand elements; aerial dead lifts and pole drops are all in the cards. You’ll need to have completed your beginner curriculum to get to this stage - but the journey is worth it!
Available from beginner level +. Aerial Silks is an awe inspiring and versatile form of art using aerial fabric rigged to the ceiling. This teaches a high degree of strength, power, flexibility, courage, and grace, and is a continually evolving learning journey. During classes, you will learn to climb, twist, spin, and pose on the silks. At very high levels, students will master contortion and drops.
Aerial Hoops (Lyra)
Available from beginner level +. Aerial Hoop is a fun and progressive art, sport and workout, using circular aerial equipment suspended from the ceiling by ropes or straps. Classes cover a mixture of strength, balance, and flexibility. During class, students will learn hangs; pull ups; inverts and flips, moving through some beautiful poses along the way.
Acro PoleNastix - All ages & Levels
Moms & Dads - This class is available either just for your little one, yourself or as bonding time with loads of fun for you both! AcroPole incorporates Pole Fitness; Aerial Silks and Aerial Hoops (Lyra). This class is availible from begniner to advanced level. Please contact us for our full PoleNastix Brochure
These classes include Lap and Chair Dance; Floor and Sensual Pole dance; wall dance as well as dance routine to assist students with flow; extension; confidence; performance; expression; choreography and fitness. We recommend combining sensual dance to your pole dance classes for an overall fitness experience, as sensual dance gives you the necessary sexy cardio workout your body deserves!
These classes are a must for building additional strength! We use the pole and floor to create fantastic strength based workouts designed to build strength in all areas. A fabulous add-on class for all pole and fitness fundis!
A fantastic way to get your body to co-operate for all those bendy, twisty tricks and poses! Join us in the Flex class where we train you to push past your current level of flexibility safely. This greatly improves your pole work to get into those bendy poses and prepares you for contortion moves! This class is for beginner to advanced, but not recommended for anyone with back issues or pregnant ladies.
