Things to remember when joining class

  • Please do not wear any body lotion or oil on your hands/body on class days.
  • Bring a towel and water.
  • Bring a yoga mat. (For health and hygiene reasons, this will be necessary should you join the studio).
  • Wear comfortable; stretchy clothes for Sensual and Flex class; and shorts for Pole (It will allow you to grip and do the moves more easily).
  • We dance bare foot for Sensual/ beginner classes (socks in winter). Ballet slippers welcome.
  • The studio is locked for security when class is in session and will be opened 15 minutes prior to class starting.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class is due to start in order to be in before the gate gets locked. We lock the gate for security when class is in session. Should you be late you will unfoortuntaly miss out on the session.
  • First month payment and registration is payable on signing up via cash; SnapScan or EFT.
