Our students and instructors alike are welcoming and supportive. In addition to group and private classes, we also provide opportunities to compete and perform if you are up for a little more serious participation. Through years of teaching and professional insights, we developed and follow a scaffolded curriculum for all of our aerial classes (pole, hoops, and silks). This ensures that you build skills, techniques, and strength in an effective and safe manner. We aim to stay true to this growing sport’s requirements by keeping up to date with international trends and competition rules.
