Our group classes are between 50 and 60 min in length, and promise to give you a great workout while having fun and learning new skills!

Classes are for all levels, genders, ages, shapes and sizes. Newbies are absolutely welcome!
Students under 18 years should view the Youth Aerial Classes information

2026 Fees

Drop In Class – Non Members

This is a pay-per-class option which is perfect for those who want to join us and see what our classes are all about! Should you complete a registration within 24 hours of your drop in, you wont pay the registration fee.

R220 per class for non-members.

Please note that we do not allow “watchers” in our sessions. If you’d like to try out a few different sessions before committing, check out our prepaid bundles instead!

Prepaid Bundles – Non Members

These can be used for any of our class times or types. You can mix and match all our different offerings if you wish to. You are welcome to use them all in 1 week, or spread them out over the course of the validity months! Members on bundles will still get access to our online booking system to manage their bookings.

5 Class Bundle – R1050. Valid for 2 months from purchase.
10 Class Bundle – R1950. Valid for 3 months from purchase.

POLE FITNESS

Offered from Intro level – no prior experience necessary. We work on a curriculum and teach you from the ground up.
Starting with basic spins and poses, all the way to advanced levels.
Pole is a fabulous, full body strength workout. It develops core, flexibility and full body strength. It’s fabulous for self-esteem and confidence.
We alternate themes to keep things interesting by incorporating curriculum, routines, boot-camp and much more!

AERIAL HOOPS

Offered from Intro level – no prior experience necessary.
You will be working from a large steel hoop, suspended from
the ceiling. Aerial hoops is a circus based workout and we
focus on teaching you beautiful entries, tricks, poses and
combinations.
We alternate themes weekly to give you a well rounded
experience.

AERIAL SILKS

Offered from Intro level – no prior experience necessary.
In silks, you will learn to work off fabric suspended from the ceiling.
Silks is learning to perform aerial acrobatics from a specialized fabric, which you will see in many
circus performances.
Students start by building strength, learning climbs and poses, to eventual rolls and drops. We currently teach this to intermediate level.

SENSUAL DANCE

This style of dance is an incredible way to get to know and be comfortable with your body and build co-ordination with an amazing cardio workout!
These classes include Lap and Chair Dance; Floor Dance; Sensual Pole dance and other great weekly themed classes.
These greatly assist students with flow; extension; confidence; performance; expression; choreography and fitness.
The self-esteem gets a huge boost very quickly by attending regularly.
Even if you have 2 left feet, these classes are great for beginners and aren’t too complicated as the focus is more on your personal experience than fancy footwork.

EXOTIC POLE CLASS

Our Exotic Pole Class is perfect for those wanting to learn sensual flow on the floor and pole using heels. You’ll get a great amount of confidence and stamina from these sessions. Head flicks and heel clacks will be your forte after these!
