Our Services

We offer daily group classes, private classes and parties.
Classes are offered for adults, as well as Youth Aerial classes from ages 8-17.
We manufacture and supply aerial equipment and poles for home and professional use.

Who Can Join?

Our classes are completely inclusive and open to all genders, ages, shapes, colours and sizes! (From ages 8+)
There are no minimum requirements to our classes and you don’t need to be fit or flexible to start.

Our sensual dance classes are ages 18+

What classes do you offer?

We offer Pole Fitness from beginner to advanced level.
Aerial Hoops & Silks from beginner to intermediate.
Flex, Sensual & Conditioning are for all levels.

Do I need to stick to the same classes each week?

Not at all! In fact, we encourage you to try out all our classes, and see what works best for you.
With our user-friendly online booking system, you can choose classes per your schedule, so you’ll never have to miss a class.
Just download the app once you’ve registered with us and get started!

Is there a weight limit?

Absolutely not! Our classes are designed for ALL shapes and sizes, so you needn’t worry about a thing!
The aim of our classes is to make you feel great about yourself and boost your self-confidence, which is the first thing that happens with pole, aerial and sensual dance, so you will feel great in no time.

Are the classes guided?

Yes definitely. The instructor plans their classes according to bookings and the level of each person booked.

Our friendly and knowledgeable instructors are all certified Pole Fitness Instructors and have first aid qualifications.
They will guide you all the way from the basics to advanced pole, aerial and sensual fitness. You can view our team here.

Will I need to keep up or slow down my progress to stay on track with with the rest of the group?

No. Each registered member gets allocated a curriculum chart which the instructor will use to plan their lessons. You work completely at your own pace, so there’s no worry about keeping pace with anyone else. This is all about you 🙂

Do we do the same thing each week?

We work on class themes to keep things interesting! Our curriculum is worked on every 2nd week, so you will make progress regarding your levels. Every alternate week we have themes such as “Doubles”; “Student Play”; “Routine Week”; “Games”; “Bootcamp” and more!

Do you only offer group classes?

Not at all. We offer private classes for those who feel a little shy or have specific needs outside of the group class environment. We also offer private group classes if this is something you’d prefer with a group of friends

Do I need to take part competitively?

Absolutely not. Our classes are aimed at fun and fitness with a good social component. We want you to feel relaxed and enjoy the workout while being part of a lovely community!

Do you have options for me if I would like to compete?

Yes we do. These are held as private 1:1 training sessions with our in-house choreographer and coach.

How do I get started?
