Party Bookings

NOTES:

• We require at least 10 working days’ notice to confirm your party.
• Tentative bookings without payment are held for 24 hours from invoice. If not paid within that time, kindly contact us before making payment to check availability. 
• Bookings are on a first come, first serve basis. The function is only confirmed once both booking form and payment are received.
• Outside entertainment is only allowed on the studio premises with prior written consent and additional studio hire.
• Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks. Note that additional studio hire will be required for drink and relaxation time.
• This time can be used either before, after or split 50/50 before and after your function.
• We do have a wide range of music. If there is something specific you want, you are welcome to bring your own selection. Please ensure that there is a music player if we are using your venue.
• Please read though the “What to wear and more info” document and send to all attendees.
• No jewellery, cream or body lotion is allowed on ANY of our equipment. Please communicate this with all attendees as part of your invitation
• Persons with jewellery/creams/lotions will unfortunately not be permitted to participate due to safety concerns and potential damage to our equipment.
• We will really appreciate if you could send us some photos of the event if possible and tag us on your social feeds.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This booking form must be submitted and paid prior to confirming dates for the workshop/party.
2. Full payment must be paid to Sultry Studios to confirm your booking.
   Our parties are primarily designed for women, but we are happy to adapt this to the group. With this in mind, please provide the details of what your needs are in the relevant section of the booking form. In the case of a female-only function, should any men be present during the party, please inform us when booking. For outside functions, such as those in restaurants, there must be a screen that blocks our dancers off from the remainder of the area.
3. Payment is non-refundable.
4. Parties can be rescheduled once, via a written letter at a minimum of 15 working days prior to the party.
5. The postponement will be at the discretion of Sultry Studios cc and will be liable to a postponement fee of R500.
6. Cancellation policy:
   6.1 Cancellation with 14 day+ notice = R25% cancellation fee or 1x free reschedule.
   6.2 Cancellations with 7 or less days' notice cannot be rescheduled or postponed. 100% cancellation fee.
7. Should the client change the agreed start and/or end times of the workshop/party, the client will be required to pay for the missed time, and extra time will need to be scheduled.
8. Additional travel time and cost, over and above our free radius in the case of out of studio workshops/parties will be charged to the client after being quoted accordingly.
9. Party and studio are only booked for the agreed times. Late arrivals on the part of the client will not extend the time of the function.
10. No refunds or partial refunds will be given if the number of attendees decrease after payment has been made. If more attendees arrive than booked, they will be charged per head on arrival before the party starts.
11. Sultry Studios and their instructors reserve the right to prohibit any participants from involvement in the workshop, should they deem the participant to be dangerously intoxicated.
12. No loose glitter can be used in the studio.
13. Black bags and other cleaning supplies will be provided for you should the studio require clean up during/after your function.
14. No fire as part of any entertainment or other may be used in the studio. Any outside entertainment must be requested in writing a minimum of 7 days + prior to the event.
15. Smoking is only permitted outdoors, in the designated area.
16. Any damages to the studio or property will be at the signatories’ expense.
17. Pricing is valid for 7 days from invoice.
